Crisis Receiving Center

Decide To Believe’s Crisis Receiving Center provides a safe environment for ongoing assessment, crisis intervention, and clinical determination of appropriate levels of care for anyone experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Services are offered for up to 23 hours in a non-hospital, community-based crisis stabilization setting.
Walk-Ins are welcome. Please know walk-ins are received on a first-come, first-serve basis. When you arrive on site you be connected to a nurse for medical evaluation. Once completed you will meet the first available clinician and be scheduled for follow-up services such psychiatry, outpatient therapy, or more intensive services such as community stabilization, substance use programs or mental health skill building services as needed.
If possible, please bring the following documents with you when you come in:


· Photo ID
· Proof of residency
· Insurance cards
· Guardianship, hospital discharge, or probation   paperwork, if applicable
· Picture of pill bottle label(s) for any prescribed   medication
